氣體增壓泵故障及其處理方法1泵不工作：

1 pump does not work:

a.檢查驅動氣源是否開啟，驅動壓力是否滿足要求；

正常空氣增壓泵的進氣壓力要求3-8bar,泵長期不工作，應先向驅動氣口內噴少量潤滑油，最好為硅油，然后驅動氣壓盡量調高，待泵正常運行幾分鐘后，再裝氣壓調至所需壓力，新泵裝配過程中，都會在換向閥內涂一層潤滑脂，長期不用時，潤滑脂會凝固。

長期使用，尤其無油潤滑的情況下，可能會出面撞針前后腔串氣，致使撞針密封不好，換向閥工作不正常，泵頻率加快。
