爆破試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的技術(shù)參數(shù)及控制功能
爆破試驗(yàn)臺(tái)是對(duì)熱塑性管材、復(fù)合管材及其他壓力容器進(jìn)行極限爆破壓力的破壞性試驗(yàn)，主要是考核其極限壓力強(qiáng)度跟破壞形式。并且模擬特定的外部環(huán)境，諸如介質(zhì)加熱到一定溫度，環(huán)境設(shè)定到特定溫度，或者降溫冷卻到特定溫度。

爆破試驗(yàn)臺(tái)應(yīng)用范圍：硬管及硬管接頭、熱塑性管材、復(fù)合管材（如PP—R、PP—B、PP—A、PE、PE—X、PVC、PVC—U、PVC—C及鋁塑復(fù)合管等各種管材），汽車軟管類： 轉(zhuǎn)向管、剎車管、 空調(diào)管、燃油管、冷卻水管、散熱軟管、暖風(fēng)軟管、空氣濾芯器軟管、渦輪增壓系統(tǒng)軟管、工程液壓軟管；航空軟管和管匯；其他硬管或接頭以及汽車剎車泵、散熱器、油冷器、缸體；工程液壓軟管主要用于液壓設(shè)備、工程機(jī)械、礦山機(jī)械等液壓管爆破試驗(yàn)；閥體，缸筒等需要檢測(cè)壓力的設(shè)備的耐壓、爆破試驗(yàn)。

環(huán)境、介質(zhì)溫度： -50～250℃任意設(shè)定；

驅(qū)動(dòng)壓力：0~1.2MPa；0~10 MPa；

輸出壓力：最高輸出壓力可達(dá)700MPa(根據(jù)需要可以選擇任意壓力檔)；

控制方式和數(shù)據(jù)記錄方式：

手動(dòng)控制，帶記憶指針表、峰值儀表或者二次儀表記錄配微型打印機(jī)；

單片機(jī)或PLC控制，二次儀表記錄具有泄漏報(bào)警功能，配微型打印機(jī)；

計(jì)算機(jī)控制，可事先設(shè)定實(shí)驗(yàn)壓力、升壓、保壓、卸壓等參數(shù)，系統(tǒng)根據(jù)指令進(jìn)行自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，控制試驗(yàn)過(guò)程，保壓過(guò)程不消耗能量，不產(chǎn)生噪音。并具有報(bào)表，實(shí)驗(yàn)曲線等輸出功能。
