氣體增壓泵常見故障分析及處理辦法

氣體增壓泵如果不能正常工作,有如下幾種可能:

在實際工作中級連氣體增壓泵出現過這種特殊情況:卸壓閥V5不斷卸壓,增壓泵1頻率很快,增壓泵2頻率低,仔細檢查后發現V5設定值偏小,調高設值后,出現可調壓力開關閥V6大量放氣。后來確認是增壓泵1有問題。原來該增壓泵1的控制閥V2上側與管道2連通,沒有斷開。因此增壓泵1不斷增壓,不愛V6控制。換句話說,該泵與設計圖紙要求型號一樣,但是它少裝了一個小零件及氣路客道堵頭,從而導致工作不正常。這個零件應該安裝在泵內,因此不易發現。為了使該設備能夠正常工作,采取了的方法:將增壓泵1進氣的截止球閥進氣量關小,從而降低了增壓泵1的工作頻率,使泵組維持正常工作。徹底解決則是裝上該堵頭。

氣體增壓泵1出現異常造成增壓泵2進氣口壓國過大;

氣體增壓泵2有兩個增壓氣缸,工作時是雙向壓縮,雙向行程都需要提供驅動;活塞在靜止狀態下啟動時靜摩擦力大。裝回換向閥V3,打開壓縮空氣重新啟動,泵組工作正常解決這種故障還有一個辦法,就是關掉壓縮空氣,讓高壓氣體出口壓強降到3Mpa左右,再重新啟動泵組。
