爆破試驗臺液壓伺服增壓缸作為試壓泵,采用全液壓伺服閉環控制。 高品質的增壓器和控制閥可確保整套設備長時間處于無故障狀態下長期工作。 防護工裝由保護套、調節導桿、固定夾及排氣閥等組成。能有效保護軟管爆破時對操作人員和設備的傷計算機監控系統由PC 機與控制器上下兩級控制系統組成，上位機通過通信協議向下位機發送指令，下位機根據接受到指令啟動設備，使整套設備處于完全脫離于上位機控制的狀態下獨立運行，同時不斷將獲取的試驗數據上傳給上位機。這樣整套設備可以處于長時間穩定狀態下運行。本機具有超載保護功能，設備壓力標定功能。
