氣液增壓泵中單向閥的作用
1.出口單向閥

同樣的道理，氣液增壓泵出口單向閥也不是為了排液。之所以要出口單向閥，是為了實現(xiàn)負(fù)壓吸液。當(dāng)液壓柱塞上移時，液壓腔體容積變大，腔體內(nèi)形成負(fù)壓；由于出口單向閥的逆向截止作用，出口之外的液體無法從出口進(jìn)入腔體；而腔體內(nèi)的負(fù)壓，使得進(jìn)口單向閥的鋼珠打開，液體從進(jìn)口端進(jìn)入腔體。

When the piston moves upwards, the hydraulic cavity volume change, form a negative pressure cavity; the reverse stop effect of outlet check valve, outlet outside the liquid can not enter the cavity from the outlet; and the cavity pressure, the steel ball inlet one-way valve is opened, the liquid from the inlet into the cavity.
2.進(jìn)口單向閥

從字面上看，氣液增壓泵進(jìn)口單向閥是為了進(jìn)液的。其實不是。如果是為了進(jìn)液，那不要單向閥進(jìn)液會更順暢。之所以要進(jìn)口單向閥，是為了實現(xiàn)增壓。當(dāng)液壓柱塞下移時，液壓腔體容積變小，腔體內(nèi)液體壓力上升；由于進(jìn)口單向閥的逆向截止作用，腔體內(nèi)的液體無法從進(jìn)口排出，壓力不被釋放，而是被存儲在出口之外。
